Known for his fearless leadership style and relentless drive to make things happen, Subramanyam’s journey is nothing short of inspirational, marked by his unwavering commitment to innovation, bold decision-making, and an unshakable belief in creating lasting value, across all the companies he has built.
Before taking the helm at Covasant, he founded and built Cigniti from the ground up, transforming it from a humble startup to a global powerhouse in independent digital assurance and quality engineering. Under his stewardship, Cigniti soared to over $250 million in revenues, attained a market capitalization of $500 million and grew to a global workforce of over 5,000 professionals, serving Fortune 500 clients across North America, Europe, and Asia. Subramanyam was named Corporate Leader of the Year at the 15th Indo-American Corporate Excellence (I-ACE) Awards. His work has been recognized by multiple institutions for advancing innovation, fostering cross-border collaboration, and building world-class organizations.

Ram Ramaseshan
Chief Executive Officer
Ram is the CEO of Covasant and leads the charge in building AI-powered, Services-as-Software platforms that help enterprises unlock scalable value. He is driving the adoption of Agentic AI to help organizations adapt faster, innovate boldly, and achieve measurable outcomes.
With over 25 years of experience across global product and service organizations, Ram brings a rare blend of deep engineering expertise and sharp business acumen. Before founding Covasant, he served as Geo-Head for the Americas and Senior Leadership Team member at Tata Elxsi, driving multi-sector growth across automotive, broadcast & media, communications, consumer products, healthcare, and semiconductors.
Earlier in his career, Ram held senior leadership roles at Infosys, HCL Technologies, Sasken, Pricol Technologies, and other high-impact organizations, contributing to overall operations, revenue growth and business strategy. This diverse foundation gives him a unique perspective on how technology can be purposefully scaled across every enterprise level. As CEO of Pricol Technologies, he built and scaled the company’s operations, which translated to the successful sale of the company to Altran (now part of Capgemini).
Ram holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University and a Bachelor’s in Engineering from India. He is passionate about building future-ready organizations at the intersection of technology, talent, and trust.

Vincent Walden
CEO, KonaAI
Vincent Walden is the CEO of konaAI, a Covasant company, where he leads the company’s vision to help organizations detect and prevent fraud, corruption, and compliance issues using data analytics and technology. As CEO, he is responsible for driving growth, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that enable clients to monitor risks and strengthen internal controls.
With over 25 years of experience, Vincent is widely recognized for his work in forensic data analytics and corporate compliance. Prior to joining konaAI, he was a Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal and a Partner at Ernst & Young, where he led global forensic analytics teams. He also held leadership roles at KPMG and Arthur Andersen and helped scale a tech startup that was later acquired by a Fortune 500 company.
Vincent is a CPA and Certified Fraud Examiner and was named “Certified Fraud Examiner of the Year” in 2022 by the ACFE. He has contributed to the COSO Fraud Risk Management Guide, teaches at Fordham Law School, and hosts The Walden Pond podcast. His insights have been featured in Forbes, Harvard Business Review, The Economist, and more.

Paul Kelley
CEO, Dcube
Paul Kelley is the CEO of DCube Data Sciences Corporation, a Covasant company, based in New York City. With over 25 years of experience, he has an extensive background in forensic accounting, e-Discovery, and cybersecurity. He began his career at KPMG and Deloitte, specializing in forensic accounting and investigations. Over the years, he has held leadership roles at FTI Consulting, Complete Discovery Source (CDS Legal), and Stroz Friedberg, where he played a key role in shaping cybersecurity and e-Discovery strategies.
Paul has been instrumental in building and leading global sales and marketing teams, driving strategic product launches, and developing programmatic engagements. His expertise extends to managing large-scale litigation projects and investigations, ensuring data integrity and compliance in high-stakes legal matters. He has also authored expert witness reports on valuation and forensic investigations, bringing deep analytical expertise to complex cases.
As CEO of DCube Data Sciences, Paul continues to focus on advancing legal technology solutions, particularly in the areas of cybersecurity, e-Discovery, and data privacy. His leadership is centered on innovation, operational efficiency, and delivering value-driven solutions to clients. With a strong track record in both financial and legal technology sectors, he remains a key figure in the evolving landscape of digital forensics and risk management.

Rammohan C V ( CV) is the Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) at Covasant. In this role, he leads data-driven and Agentic AI-powered solutions across product, digital, and cloud engineering, with a focus on enhancing efficiency and delivering measurable business outcomes for our customers.
With nearly three decades of global leadership experience and expertise, CV has been a trusted partner to many Fortune 500 companies across sectors, including Wireless/IP, Banking/ Financial services, Retail, and Energy.
Previously, at Wipro, he has successfully led end-to-end customer delivery across strategic geographies and is known for building and nurturing high-value client relationships. Over the years, as a P&L leader, he has managed large, globally distributed teams and driven complex digital transformation programs. His collaborative leadership style and operational rigor have consistently created long-term value for customers and internal teams alike.

Reddy Raja
Chief Technology Officer
Reddyraja is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Covasant, where he leads the company’s product development strategy, long-term technology vision, and the advancement of its capabilities in Agentic AI. He drives innovation across platforms and oversees the deployment of cutting-edge solutions in MLOps, data pipelines, data security, and large language model (LLM) fine-tuning.
A seasoned technology executive with 25+ years of experience, Reddyraja combines expertise in artificial intelligence, cloud-native architectures, and software engineering. Prior to Covasant, he served as Chief AI Officer and CTO at Omniwyse Technologies, where he spearheaded AI-powered SaaS products like Genfare (transit systems) and Engage3 (competitive pricing analytics), built scalable data architectures on AWS/GCP, and led teams in deploying LLMs and microservices. His career spans leadership roles at YuppTV Inc. (VP Engineering, OTT media platforms), HP (software design engineering), and Pramati Technologies (VP Engineering, enterprise SaaS), where he delivered products impacting millions of users globally.
Reddyraja holds an MTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Pondicherry University and completed an Executive Program in Managing Business Decisions from IIM Calcutta.

Sam Garmon
Chief Sales Officer
Sam Garmon is the Chief Sales Officer at Covasant, where he drives global sales strategy and execution across the company’s AI-led services portfolio. With a deep-rooted passion for entrepreneurship and a focus on operational excellence, Sam plays a critical role in building high-performing sales teams, forging strategic partnerships, and accelerating revenue growth.
Sam is also the Chief Executive Officer of ACG Partners Inc., where he leads with a strong focus on strategy and execution, innovation, entrepreneurship, operational excellence, and growth.
A decorated U.S. Marine combat veteran, throughout his distinguished military career, Sam served in the Persian Gulf War in Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm, where he demonstrated exemplary leadership and commitment as a member of the 2nd Marine Division. His commitment to service continues beyond the battlefield; he actively mentors veterans and military families through American Corporate Partners (ACP), guiding senior officers and military spouses in transitioning to successful civilian careers.
In addition to his role at Covasant and ACG Partners, Sam is the General Partner and Founder of Garmon Capital, where he has been instrumental in driving investment thesis and strategy and supporting the growth of early-stage startups. He also co-founded Garmon Group, a Medical Practice, where his leadership has been vital in establishing the company’s corporate strategy, operating procedures, and go-to-market strategy that span a 25-year history.

Subhendu Pattnaik
Chief Marketing Officer
Subhendu is a seasoned B2B marketing leader with over 23 years of experience across global IT services firms. He currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Covasant, where he is driving brand transformation, go-to-market strategy, and positioning of the company’s AI-led innovations. Prior to this, he was Principal Analyst and CMO Advisor at Forrester, partnering with CMOs and senior marketing leaders across large enterprises in the APAC region to enhance marketing performance, improve ROI, and modernize marketing organizations. Earlier, he served as Global CMO at Cigniti, where he led global marketing, significantly strengthened the brand, and expanded its presence across key analyst and enterprise ecosystems. Subhendu has also held marketing leadership roles at Tata BSS and Mindfire, and started his career managing large-scale tech implementations at Infosys.
He holds a Fellow in Management (Marketing) from IIM Indore, an MBA from SP Jain School of Global Management, Singapore, and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from NIT Rourkela. Before joining Covasant, Mohana held senior leadership positions at Cigniti, where she led enterprise-wide programs across strategy, operations, and HR transformation. Her work consistently delivered business impact, improved cross-functional alignment, and strengthened organizational agility. She has a proven track record of building strong, resilient teams capable of navigating change and delivering results in dynamic environments.

Her exceptional negotiation skills and ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups helped unlock significant value for the organization—through optimized partnerships, cost efficiencies, and a strong compliance culture.

With over 25 years of experience in analytics and data science, Peri brings deep expertise in guiding organizations toward smarter, data-driven decisions that drive business value. In his previous roles, he has led successful analytics transformations across diverse domains and built high-performing, cross-functional teams. Prior to joining Covasant, he was driving product strategy and growth for CoeurData, an innovative ETL best practices and code review platform.

Rahul Veernala

Rahul Veernala is the Chief Business Officer for Healthcare & Lifesciences at Covasant. With over two decades of experience, he partners with customers to balance technological innovation and disciplined execution, helping them achieve growth amidst constant industry disruption.
At Covasant, he is driving the healthcare vertical’s next growth phase by enabling enterprises to transition from technology-enabled, human-delivered services to human-validated, AI-delivered solutions—powered by agentic and generative AI. He focuses on helping clients navigate the complex mix of AI and non-AI systems across the enterprise. Rahul’s career spans leadership across product engineering, digital transformation, and full-stack IT service delivery. He has led large strategic portfolios, managing relationships in the Pharma, Payer, and MedTech industries. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Madras and a PGDBM/MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.

Prior to joining Covasant, Baiju held leadership roles at Tata Elxsi and HCL Technologies, where he was instrumental in driving growth across the Automotive and Manufacturing sectors.
With a career spanning core engineering, supply chain, and digital manufacturing, Baiju brings deep domain expertise and a proven track record of building high-performing teams and winning large strategic deals. He is certified in Production & Inventory Management (CPIM) and Supply Chain (CSCP) by APICS.
Baiju holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from PSG College of Technology and an MS in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Arizona State University. He lives in Clarkston, Michigan, and enjoys reading and traveling with his family.

Prabhat Kumar is the Vice President of Global Internal Audit Solutions at konaAI, where he partners with Chief Audit Executives and Compliance Officers to implement analytics-enabled audit strategies, enhance internal controls, and optimize continuous monitoring programs. He plays a key role in driving internal audit transformation using technology and data to uncover hidden risk across financial, operational, and compliance domains.
With over 20 years of experience in risk management, internal controls, and post-IPO audit strategy, Prabhat has built and led internal audit and SOX compliance programs at major organizations including Revlon Inc., Canon USA, and Leviton Manufacturing. His cross-industry experience spans Consumer Goods, Technology, Manufacturing, and Retail. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA), known for his expertise in data analytics, ERP system implementations, fraud detection, and M&A due diligence. In addition to his role at konaAI, he is deeply involved in professional development and governance, serving on the Board of Governors of the IIA Long Island Chapter and contributing to committees for NYSSCPA and local education boards.

Bryan Judice

Bryan Judice is Vice President at konaAI, where he leads global compliance initiatives and helps organizations build data-backed programs to detect fraud and anomalies in transactions. He works with legal and compliance teams to design and implement monitoring strategies that meet regulatory expectations and strengthen risk management efforts. Bryan has more than 25 years of experience in compliance, investigations, and forensic services. Before joining konaAI, he led Compliance Analytics at Panasonic North America and was Senior Director of Ethics & Compliance at Panasonic Avionics. He also spent nearly two decades at PwC in their Forensics practice, managing cross-border investigations and advising on regulatory matters involving the DOJ, SEC, and other global agencies.
Bryan’s work spans industries including pharmaceuticals, aerospace, and technology. He is a frequent speaker at compliance and legal conferences, co-chaired ACI’s FCPA Data Analytics guide (2020–2023), and has been a featured expert at the SCCE and ABA.

Patrick Grobbel

Global Business Development
Patrick Grobbel is the Vice President of Global Business Development at konaAI, where he is responsible for building strategic partnerships and supporting clients with analytics-powered solutions to manage regulatory risk, monitor compliance, and streamline investigations. He works closely with legal and compliance teams to implement technology-backed solutions across global operations.
Patrick brings more than 20 years of experience in advisory, engagement delivery, and business development in professional services. Prior to joining konaAI, he served as Managing Director at Kroll’s Data & Insights practice and in FTI Consulting’s Data and Analytics group under the Forensic and Litigation Consulting segment. He has led dozens of investigations, regulatory responses, and litigation support projects, both domestically and internationally. His subject-matter expertise includes investigative due diligence, FCPA compliance, asset tracing, anti-money laundering (AML), and transaction monitoring. Patrick also brings deep knowledge of structured and unstructured data analytics, cybersecurity, and blockchain investigations.
He is an active member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS), and the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE). He also contributes as an associate member of the Women’s Bar Association (WBA) and the National Association of Pacific and Asian Bar Associations (NAPABA).
